This site describes our company, our products, and the software services we offer. It is informational. Nothing on it is an offer to enter a contract, and nothing on it is professional, legal, or regulatory compliance advice.

Cert to Table is a mobile app with its own Terms of Service, presented in the app and at the point of download. Those terms govern your use of the app, including purchases. These website terms do not replace them.

Worth repeating here, because it matters: Cert to Table is an independent study aid. It is not affiliated with, authorized, or endorsed by the National Restaurant Association, ServSafe®, Learn2Serve®, or any certification provider. Using it does not enroll you in, register you for, or certify you in anything.

We work to keep our study content accurate and current, but food-safety rules and exam requirements vary by jurisdiction and change over time. We do not guarantee that any content is error-free, that it matches the current version of any exam, or that using it will result in a passing score.

Alcohol service requirements in particular vary by state and often by county. Always confirm current requirements with your certification provider and your local regulator before relying on any study material.

Any bespoke software work we perform for you is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, timelines, ownership, and support. Descriptions of our services on this site are not that agreement and do not create one.

This site, its design, and its content are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, scrape, or redistribute its content, or use it to train a machine-learning model, without our written permission.

Third-party trademarks referenced on this site belong to their respective owners. They are used only to identify the exams our study material helps people prepare for. No affiliation or endorsement is implied.

You agree not to interfere with the operation of this site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, or submit unlawful or abusive content through the contact form.

This site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or removes rights you have under consumer protection law.

We may update these Terms as the business changes. The effective date above will be revised when we do.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maryland, except where your local consumer law gives you the right to proceed elsewhere.
